CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, THEY HAVE BEEN MADE TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS SO CAN NOT BE RESOLD.
Custom orders are by CONSULTATION ONLY. CUSTOM ORDERS CAN TAKE 6-8 WEEKS TO COMPLETE. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT A CONSULTATION IF YOU REQUIRE ANYTHING MENTIONED BELOW.
If there is something your require that is not on our website it falls under a custom order and you will need to have a FREE online consultation.
If you require a CUSTOM TEXTURE YOU will need to send images of the texture and we will confirm if the texture is achievable and quote you a price. Please note we specialize in kinky curly textures.
If you require a XS or XL cap you must contact us with your head measurements. to confirm a wig can be made for you in your size. due to GINA KNIGHT WIG DESIGN being a predominately online business cap sizes are as standard and measurements need to fall within our chart.

If you fall outside of these measurements it may not be possible to create a wig for you without a personal fitting.
If you require CUSTOM COLOUR, YOU MUST EMAIL FOR A CONSULTATION to confirm the colour you require is achievable.
